Tom Wolf, Chairman of the NABC Board of Directors and a representative of PPG, alongside NABC Executive Director Debby Robinson, shares exciting plans for the organization’s 30th anniversary in 2025 and its January Industry Gala in California.
The National Auto Body Council (NABC) will host its second annual Fundraising Gala and 30th Anniversary Celebration later this month. Themed “The Best Is Yet to Come,” the event is presented by Crash Champions and will take place on Monday, January 20, 2025, at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Spa in Indian Wells, California. Coinciding with other industry meetings, the celebration will also feature a golf fundraiser on Tuesday, January 21, at the Indian Wells Golf Club.
In a video interview (embedded below), Wolf and Robinson reflect on NABC’s rich history, highlighting key initiatives like Recycled Rides and sharing their vision for the future as the organization celebrates three decades of impactful service.
Celebrating 30 Years of Service and Collaboration
Since its founding, the National Auto Body Council has made remarkable strides in supporting communities across the country. NABC programs like Recycled Rides and First Responder Emergency Extrication (F.R.E.E.) have:
- Gifted over 3,500 vehicles to deserving individuals and families.
- Trained more than 6,000 first responders through extrication opportunities.
Despite these achievements, the demand for reliable transportation and first responder education continues to grow. NABC and its members remain committed to meeting these needs.
“This is an incredible opportunity for the collision repair industry to come together to celebrate our collective efforts to give back to the communities where we live and work,” said Tom Wolf, recently elected Chairman of the NABC Board. “We’re excited to host our NABC Gala during Collision Industry Week in Palm Springs and look forward to seeing everyone come out to support our programs and our mission to change and save lives.”
Gala Highlights
The second annual NABC Gala, presented by Crash Champions, will celebrate the achievements of NABC members, honor the recipient of the NABC President’s Award, and raise funds for the Changing and Saving Lives Foundation. Proceeds will help the NABC continue its work with veterans, military members, families in need, and first responders nationwide.
“For more than 25 years, we’ve built a culture centered on the principle that the collision repair industry is about ‘People First, Always,’” said Matt Ebert, Founder and CEO of Crash Champions. “That commitment is why we’re proud to partner with the NABC and support their incredible efforts to advocate for the industry and uplift communities across the U.S. We’re thrilled to be the presenting sponsor for this year’s gala.”
