Bringing Hope Through Color: PPG Volunteers Revitalize Flood-Impacted School in Brazil

After a school in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, was impacted by severe flooding, our employee volunteers and local residents came together to revitalize the school as part of our COLORFUL COMMUNITIES® program. 

Using more than 500 liters of our Renner Paints by PPG, volunteers brought new and vibrant colors to the classrooms, courtyards and hallways, creating a more welcoming environment for students. 

Volunteers also renovated the playground area and added a mural created by a local artist. The paint colors were carefully selected from a palette developed by our global experts based on a study of shades that enhance learning.
